Security policy - All transactions are encrypted with latest version of Secure Socket Layer (SSL). Payments are handled by external party - PoLiPay and PayPal. Rest assured we are not storing debit and credit card informations on the website.

 

Delivery policy - We are using NZ Post with Tracking for shipping. Unless specified, we can upgrade it to Courier with Signature for additional payment.

 

Return policy - All refurbished items have 30 days "RETURN TO BASE" warranty by default. For new items, default warranty is 1 YEAR "RETURN TO BASE". Unless specified, please check warranty on product details.
